Purpose: To assist and support our leadership, serve teams and church office creating excellent worship, study and serve experiences.  

Description:  Plan, organize and implement our church office, internal and external communications, and our pastors and leadership support.  

Purpose:  To nurture the faith of children from birth to 5th grade, provide safe environments and experiences for spiritual transformation and reach out to more children in our community.  

Description: Plan, organize and implement the age-appropriate learning and gathering experiences for children. (Includes Sunday morning, week day, and summer children’s discipleship experiences.) 

Purpose: To relationally connect with new members for their discipleship growth and help them get involved in our practices of Worship+3 (Worship, Study, Serve, Share) as part of our Living Word family. 

Description:  Plan, organize and implement relational connectivity, follow-up and mentoring to involve more people to grow, transform and reach.  

Purpose: To provide serve, outreach and fellowship opportunities that show God’s love and our love for others by gathering people, meeting tangible, practical and spiritual needs in our church and community.  

Description:  Plan, organize and implement opportunities to meet the needs of our church and community.  

Purpose: To maintain and enhance our church home so that it can serve our church and community as a center for spiritual and social growth and interaction.   

Description:  Plan, organize and implement physical maintenance and enhancements so that our environments support worshiping, studying, serving, and sharing.  

Purpose: To promote and encourage opportunities for people to share their story and God’s story with people circles of relationships who are far from God. and God’s love.  

Description:  Plan, organize and implement awareness and outreach strategies.  

 Purpose: To create inspiring worship that brings people into God’s presence and His Word, in order to grow spiritually. 

Description:  Plan, organize and implement the musical and creative elements of worship. (Includes vocals, instruments, AV and live streaming.) 

Purpose: To help people engage in fervent communication with God and intercede for one-another in order to grow, transform and reach.  

Description:  Plan, organize and implement our prayer approach. (Includes face-to-face prayer in worship, intercessory prayer, and prayer events.) 

Purpose: To develop deep rooted relationships with God and each other by doing life together in God’s Word, prayer and fellowship.  

Description:  Plan, organize and grow small groups for Biblical Study, discipleship growth and household transformation.  

Purpose: To provide the opportunity for a safe environment in and around our church home for worship and events as needed.  

Description:  Plan, organize and implement safe environments, procedures and interactions for worshiping, studying, serving, and sharing.  

Purpose:  To warmly welcome guests in worship so that they feel welcomed home to grow spiritually and connect them with their first step of involvement.

Purpose: To nurture Jr. and Sr. High Youth in their faith, provide opportunities for spiritual transformation and reach out to more youth in our community.  

Description:  Plan, organize and implement age-appropriate learning, gathering and discipleship experiences for youth.  (Includes Sunday evening, week day, and summer youth discipleship experiences.)
